um well its not the schools fault that those happend, outside sources are responsible for violating the NCAA rules and giving the players money. I guess there is still an investigation going on with Bush, but nothing really showing up right now, yes they talked about taking his heisman. USC didnt cheat, they didnt changet the score of the game, and haveing extra money, no matter unfair to a student to student level, didnt exactly help Bush score a bunch of TD's or Mayo drain 3's, and if i dont remember correctly, neither the football or basketball team one a championship, so in the end nothing was even really stolen.
