Bonus question: WHEN their "specialness" gets challenged before the Supreme Court and they lose, will they have to pay the past tax retroactive? I don't think they would be charged fines, penelties or interest... That would not be fair.

No they won't until at least 2018 ! Of course that includes all government workers as well ! I heard a democrat senator ( not sure of her name didn't catch it ) She was trying to say it is because they have contracts and they have to abide to them ! What a bunch of crap that is ! They don't have a contract that says the federal government can't not level a tax on there insurance ! Are the liberals really that stupid that they would believe that ? I mean come on my 17 year wouldn't buy that crap ! When are the liberals going to wake up and see that congress thinks that they are the biggest group of morons that ever set foot on the earth, I bet they laugh there asses off at the bull they tell and liberals believe !
 
They will never pay a tax because each of then represent a vote. What politician would give up a vote that might kick him or her out of office?
 
Not as things are set now, if you back oblamea, you don't pay taxes on cadillac h/c ie, seiu. Retro active...nope..their to "special". Here's one for you, when the healthcare bill itself gets challenged before the supreme court and is found unconstitutional will we get our money back?
 
I remember a senator, name Mariño, in Nicaragua.

He started whining about Ortega showing favoritism for the syndicates.

Someone fed him and his family to the lions in the Managua zoo.

It was all over the news. I found it funny.
