will this workout get me big arms fast?

i would like to know if by doing this workout i can increase my arm mass and how long will it take.

monday wednesday and friday arms (dumbell curl, barbell curl, tricep pushdowns, glose grip bench press) 3 sets of each
tuesday thursday saturday chest and shoulders ( chest flyes, bench press, pressups, dumbell press, shoulder press) 3 sets of each

and how long will it take to see results
( my current arm size is 13" , i want 16 inch arms)
