I know some fish, like tetras, are better in groups of six or more. Can one reach these numbers by using more than one species or is it six of one species only?
Most tetras school with other tetras of similar body shape. So if you have for example, a serpae tetra and a black skirt, they will school together. They prefer the same species though.
