Will this phone work w/ T-Mobile?

Here is the spec

2G Network GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900
3G Network HSDPA 900 / 1900 / 2100

I think I'm good w/ voice. However, TMo uses 1700/2100 for 3G. Will it default to 2100 and let me connect at 3G speeds for data?
