Will this help me lose weight plus exercise?

-I am thirteen.
-I am a vegetarian.
-I weigh 174 pounds.
-I am 5'1.
-And I want to lose weight!!!

Breakfast:

-One egg with one piece of whole wheat toast.

Lunch:

-A peanut butter sandwich (on whole wheat bread)

Dinner:
-I eat alot of soy products and you know typical vegetarian things. :)
