Will this film develop?

It's been quite awhile since I've used a camera at all, so I don't really remember this stuff.

When I took my film out of my camera, I noticed that the edges of the film had become torn, in one small patch. Just on the edge, and for a short length. Do I have hope for the rest of the roll?
Also, another roll I shot somehow ended up set to 200 instead of 400 on the speed. Will this one develop regularly, or strangely, or not at all?

I'm concerned about these because I had taken some really great pictures; any help would be appreciated.
 
I hope you took it out in a light-free film loading room. XD

Tears and rips are never a big deal I've developed film thats been a little chewed up by improper loading before.
