Will this exercise plan be effective?

Sunday: Rest
Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 15 minute jog, 15 minutes My Fitness Coach for wii (upper body w/ 3-5lb weights) and 20 minutes of Jillian Michael's 30 day shred (with 3-5lb weights)
Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday: 15 minute exercise bike, 45 minutes Zumba

And I will be trying to follow the exercises posted every other day on bodyrock.tv - which are only like 10 minutes.

Is this enough exercise?
Until Spring, when I will be able to jog on a trail for an hour every other day.

Do you think I will see results, and lose 30 pounds by following this? Obviously eating healthier and drinking a lot of water.

How long do you think it could take me to lose the 30 lbs?
