Hi, I am about 135 pounds and 5'6". I am have really skinny legs and arms but I have a VERY flabby stomach. For a week now, I have been running two miles a day (at a really slow pace, about 5.5 mph) and biking four miles.
Do you think this will reduce my stomach flab? Does anyone else have other ideas?
