Will this be a good car audio system?

A Pioneer GM-6400F (speaker amp) hooked up to 4 Pioneer Premier TS-A832P (speakers) , Sony CDX-GT630UI( head unit) and 2 x 12" Thunder 5500 Series Subwoofers hooked up to X Thunder Series Class D Monoblock.



Will that be a good system?, i want a good loud high quality system for under $1000.

what should i change about this set up or does anyone have a complete different set up that's better?
 
All sounds good but yet try staying away from Sony products for a good head unit try sticking with alpine or pioneer, mainly alpine
