I've had my cricket cellphone for a year and 2 weeks now and all of sudden i woke up one morning a 6:30am and my phone was on the charger and turned off, and i know for a fact i never turned it off so i turned it on and it started flashin blue lights and cut it self off and wouldnt turn back on i plugged it in the charger and the loadin screen like says it loading over and over again and after it taking 5 times it turns on and when i have it on charger it says charging but my phone wont hold the charger at all and after so long it will turn itself off and wont turn on unless i plug it in the charger but i have to go through the loading thing at least 5-10 times sometimes i have to hold the charger in hard and press the on button for it to even do anything. I'm not sure why its doing this but since its the phone messing up and it dont have water damage or anything. Shouldnt Cricket replace it for me for free or would i have 2 buy/pay for a new one/ or get it fixed?
