My phone has broken numerous times. Me and my little brother have the same kind of phone and we share a plan. We are both on our 3rd replacement phone, and both of ours just broke. We didn't do anything to make it break, they just keep crashing. Will T-Mobile let me get an entirely different phone if i tell them that this keeps happening? My warranty is up in September but my plan isn't up until next september. Thanks guys!
