Will these modifications add horsepower to a 1997 Chevy Monte Carlo LS?

Will putting 3400 V6 cylinder heads, intake manifolds, throttle body and exhaust manifold on a 3100 V6 engine provide horsepower gain?
Also about how much horse power will be gained? (If any)
 
Why would you go through all of that trouble? Unless you need to rebuild the motor or something there's no reason to do a swap like that.

Are you changing the heads and stuff for the hell of it or do you need to replace one of the heads or something?
