will these fish be compatible with each other?

1 - harlequin tuskfish
1 - golden puffer
1 - Achilles tang
1 - yellow tang
1 - powder blue tang
1 - queen angel
and a pair of bird wrasse
and possible and blue spot ray
?
i would be using the skimmer and wet-dry trickle filter i also will fit a large sump tank below the aquarium
are they all compatable with eachother and the tank?(aqua medic 160 anthias)
