Will these fish be compatible in a 30g aquarium?

1 bristle-nose pleco
3 dwarf gouramis
6 bleeding heart tetra
3 platies
2 apistogramma cacatuoides
1 rainbow shark (This one is negotiable because i know they can be aggressive at times. If this will not work what would be another fish that would not mind being the only on of its kind in the tank, and will also get along with everything else?)

Is this too much for a 30 gallon? Just right? Will there be room for other fish?
 
Sounds okay to me, but there is a smaller chance of aggression later on with the shark and pleco. Both grow to be somewhat territorial. Although, it's good that you chose the rainbow over the redtail, because redtail sharks are more aggressive.
