my goal:
to get a bigger, lifted, rounded butt
cause i have fat on my butt but theres no muscle down there to support them and give em shape.
but lately i feel less and less motivated to workout cause im really impatient and i dont know when i will ever see results
i want to start working out every other day doing:
squats
lunges
donkey kicks
dead lifts
leg lifts
butt bridges
wall sits
