Will there beFree and Fair elections in Zimbabwe?

Apparently, all are free to vote for Mugabe, it's fair to say the policeman in the polling station will arrange your beating if you vote for anyone else

A spokesman has stated that the elections will be fair and President Mugabe will be returned with 98% of the population voting for him, whereas only 85% of the population will vote for the opposition, and their votes won't count anyway, because they know who they are, and they will be dead within the week.
EDIT, the maths work BTW, but, you have to print twice as many ballot forms as there are people ;-)
Ben David, did you know that Ian Smith still shows up as being eligible to vote in Zimbabwe, he's on their electoral role, although he is dead.......
 
Peace has come to Zimbabwee, now we have only just begun, so sang Stevi wonder, and being blind he can be forgiven for thinking that.

Until white rule returns, then there will never be a fair system. Do vultures share out there kill fairly? Do they democratically decide who eats first.

You could leave a pile of suits at twycross Zoo for the animals but it won't ever make them civilised only perhaps in appearance.
 
No - not all the time Mugabwe is there. Never, but what other African countries have free and fair elections...can anyone out there name one.

Was Ian Smith so wrong - all those years back when it was Rhodesia. Probably not.
 
They will be 'Free' to vote for whoever they want, but they can be 'Fair(ly) sure it won't be counted.

I think intervention is going to be needed,
 
Some polling stations have been set up many miles
from populated areas making it impossible for
the impoverished population to cast there vote.
People are fleeing across the boarder into
South Africa illegally,knowing the out come
of the rigged election and fearing what is going
to happen after.A loaf of bread now costs millions
in a once prosperous and rich country.
 
Mugabe admitted that he is the Black Hitler. He will never hold free elections. The last free elections were held in Rhodesia during Ian Smith's time. It is time to bring back the Ian Smith type of freedom and prosperity to this troubled nation.
 
Makes you wish Zim had oil. Because that is one Dick-tator I would love to topple. Hes a colossal prick.
 
I just heard on the news a couple of minutes ago that reporters are being banned from the polling station, so I guess it'll be as fair as it always has been. He He Ha Ha!!
