Will the US Military (Any branch) will accept people that had Nose surgery?

Ok so I am a guy and I want to join the military after college as an officer, but lately I have been getting a lot of bad rap because of my nose and I would like to have it reduced, will they still accept me? I am willing to pay for it myself

I havent chose a branch or MOS yet, probably in combat though, maybe even a Pilot in the Air Force
I am just so sick and tired of people staring and saying under their breaths "man that guy has a big nose!"
Exactly first answerer! even Jews are saying "damn! that kid has a big nose!"
well since I am NOT in the military nor am I in combat, I can worry about my nose
^*yet, I am not in the military or combat YET
 
You want to be in combat but your worried about how your nose looks? Sit back and just look at that question. Men that want combat don't worry about how their noses look.
