Will the Toyota Celica All Trac be a good investment ?

I am considering buying a 1990 Toyota Celica All Trac. The blue book on the car is around $2000 but most go for around $3000-$9000. There were only 400 1990s all trac's imported that year. I am wondering if spending 6500 now would be a wise investment guessing that the car will raise in value. Thanx in advance , nick
 
It's a future classic, that's for sure. But just because a car is rare does not mean it will appreciate it value. Case in point: Peugeot 405 Mi 16. Rare? Yes. Going up in value? No. Just like any investment, there is an element of risk involved. Good luck!
