Will the time before you went to physical therapy be counted in the settlement?

If a person was in an accident, went to the hospital and got a lawyer etc

but it took say a month to get a doctor to get into treatment and phys therapy

will that whole month before you had the chance to go to the doctor be counted as lost wages as well since you were out of work because of the injury??
well no i have a lawyer and he's looking for a doc

and my job and the lawyer both can attest to me not going to work

i just haven't received calls back from the lawyer who is supposed to be finding my doctor thats the reason why
