Since there are so many illegal immigrants in Arizona, and the federal government seems to advocate amnesty, even for criminal aliens, then doesn't it seem reasonable that Arizonans should take matters in their own hands via the 10th Amendment and implement a law that requires police officers of all stripes to stop and interviews suspected illegals? I think so.
