Will the samsung touch wifi work in the usa?

i am in north africa in algeria and i want to buy a samsung touch wifi i know when i go back to the us i have t change the sim but will the phone work??? here is what the phone looks like.... i have a samsung behold that i brought from the us to algeria but it didnt work here and it is with tmobil.... so if i take the samsung wifi to the usa in colorado will it work even with tmobil??
