Will the rims off my 1996 dodge caravan fit on my 1995 mercury sable?

I need to buy winter tires for my car but I don't want to buy new rims for them, I want to know if the rims off my van will fit. They are both 15 inch rims but I don't know much else about tires and rims. I need 205/60R15 for the car.
 
only way to find out for sure is take one wheel off of the van and test fit it on the rear of the car. the only thing i can think of that may be a problem is the offset of the wheel for clearence of the front calipers. now if you have an extra 10bucks per tire you can have the tires broke down and remounted on the car rims as a last case thing.
