Will the Pokemon move Charge count on-top of STAB?

if you didn't understand, what i mean is if i use the move Charge on a Luxray, than next I use Spark, will the base damage be 65 * 1.5(STAB ) *2 (Charge) or just 65 * 2(Charge). Please help
