Just as a note for some of you, yes, this is the same as my previous question about the cake, but in this case it's about a pecan pie, any way:
I want to make a pecan pie to give as a gift. I'll have to make it late Wed. or early Thur. and bring the pie with me to the hotel I'll be staying at for that weekend. Now, I won't be able to give this person their pie until that Saturday, so I want to know if the pie will keep until then without freezing or refrigeration or anything (as long as I wrap it up).
