will the new itouch bluetooth application work in a car Stereo if it has bluetooth?

our family has a 2007 bmw 328i and it is bluetooth compatible and i was wondering with the new itouch programing which includes bluetooth will it work with the car if they are connected through bluetooth
 
Generally speaking, bluetooth compatible not include newest itouch. It can only compatible with blueberry phone. I'm using this Eonon DVD player with bluetooth support, but it work with my normal blueberry phone.
