Because republicans and conservatives really do not want to fund better education in the U.S.. They only worry about thier children.
And the world educated thier children better, and they surpassed us.
I have seen specials of Indian children going to school six days a week, most of the day.
Yet it is to much to ask for U.S. education vouchers to leave bad schools that fail year after year.
No money for every child to go to good pre-schools.
No money to make good loans for colleges and universities.
etc..., saving the republicans tax dollars over the U.S. future.
