Will the military cover fertility problems?

As of right now my husband and I have only been trying for 3 months since my miscarriage, but I heard there are certain things the military will cover if you have gone a year with no success. Does anyone know what exactly the military will cover when it comes to fertility problems?
What is Clomid and how does it work? So the military covers this?
 
Wow, seriously. Does that site piss you off? I'm Tricare as well, have been having fertility problems, and am seriously annoyed that, at a certain point, if needed, I wouldn't be able to get help anymore. I'm on Clomid now, third cycle and no success at conception thus far, and that just ticks me off. Argh!
