will the k & n filter make that vroom noise to my honda dio?

i have a honda dio and i want the vroom noise like few other bikes.. by gettin a k & n filter done will it make that noise? my friend also has the same filter and it makes the sound in his.. but many people say that it wont.. please help me!
 
I have a K & N, it will not make that sound. I think you need to go for K & N Performance filter
