srry to say but i heard that the new iphone wont be avaliable to verizion untill att and verizion swich to a uni network or something like that but not untill 2012

Definitely AT&T, maybe also (if you believe the rumors) Verizon. It is known that Apple and AT&T made an agreement when the iPhone launched that AT&T would be the exclusive carrier until 2012, but it's not known whether that agreement was ever changed (it would have to be changed for Verizon to get iPhone before 2012).
As far as when the release date is, or the price, nobody knows for sure, but you'll probably find out more in about a week - normally Apple announces new iPhones at their WWDC conference, which starts June 6th.

The next iPhone will not be called 4G. It will only be on ATT, and they do not have a 4G network yet, so they will not call a phone 4G. It will probably be called the iPhone HD. But it will definitely be on ATT. These rumors come around every year, and every year, no Verizon iPhone. They didnt want it when Apple came to them first back in 2006 and they dont want it now. Why would they, when any Android phone crushes the iDont any day of the week, and Android is already selling more phones than Apple anyways?? Plus, ATT knows that without the iPhone, they have nothing, so they will pay Apple as much as they want in order to keep it. Why would you want such a horrible phone?
