For anyone who thinks "Only if there's a hurricane." I would like to know if they realize these detention centers are allover the place, there's one in my home state (Many States Do NOT have Hurricanes).
The only reason I can think of having one in my home state is "If" there were some sort of Terrorist Strike and Massive Amounts of People were uprooted from their homes and needed a place to live temporarily. But this doesn't explain the Huge Fences, Barbed Wire, and Watch Guard Towers???
