Will the ES tuning muffler will pass sheriffs inspection?

i have a civic 04 LX and I recently got a ticket for my muffler that i have on now. Its a knock off brand and its really loud. Now will it be possible to put a silencer on and take it too court and have them sign it out?. Or will i have to change the muffler again.

I also have a 2.5 pipe with no resonator
But i still have the cat on. But if i was to install the es muffler will it pass the test ?
