will the drawing salve prid draw out the ink out of a new and unwanted tattoo?

i got a tattoo and the guy messed it up so i was just woundering the tattoo is only 1day old
i put some prid on it and it seems to be working i just put it on yesterday about 9pm and i think its work not sure it is turning a lite blue color and it was black
