Will the canon 550d be good for taking sports etc. Parkour, Running, Moving objects?

It should be just as good as any DSLR. The aperture isn't your main concern here. What you need to consider is the shutter speed you need. If you want to freeze the action you'll need to use a fast shutter speed. Indirectly that may mean that you need to use a wide aperture or high ISO.
