C Curtis Guest Oct 30, 2008 #2 I checked your vehicle out on www.crutchfield.com, and according to them the '96 Toyota 4runner can fit 2Dinn size cd/dvd receivers. Since the Pioneer AVIC-700BT is 2Dinn size cd/dvd receiver it should fit it no problem. Hope this helps.
