Will Taco Bell ever come to the UK?

I am in the UK, and had a craving for Mexican food, there's no real places that serve Mexican down here in Manchester, at least that I know of, so will it ever come to the UK?

You could contact Pepsi and imply that a Taco Bell would be a nice thing to have in the UK. I know I wish there were some in Germany.
