so i'm on a diet, and i usually lose the weight on my stomach and my boobs. but i'm quite bottom heavy and i rarely see a change in my thighs.
i already go to the gym a few times a week, but i was wondering that if i did an intense spinning class twice a week if i could see a shift in my size by june?
