Will someone please tell me how to make fish bullion?

I remember my grandma grinding dried shrimp and dried mushrooms in a molcajete, and adding a just a few other ingredients. She kept it in a baby food jar with the rest of her dried herbs and spices. There must have been a wet ingredient, because she told me that it spoils rather fast. (like maybe a month) She made this because there was not a lot of fresh fish available in her neighborhood.

If you know how to make this, please let me know...
