will Sciphone i68 i9 Dual sim mobile phone work on T mobile?

I am looking for a cheap iphone alternative sciphone i68, CECT i9 and i9 3Gs for my teen son. These are fairly cheap at £50-70 ON HANDSET ONLY compare to iphone at £400+. I found one UK based site
