Will rogers cable internet work at another address?

I have rogers cable at my home and also at my small cottage. If I bring my laptop with me to my cottage and take the rogers modem there also, will the internet work there, or is the service tied to one location only by something done at the main service panel on the street?
Internet service is only at home, the cottage has rogers cable and rogers phone only.

Do you have Internet service at both locations?

If yes, it should work!

Why not get another modem?
