I'm 19 years old, weigh 74kg(164lbs?), about 5'3 and really want to lose weight and tone my body.
I don't really do any exercises, I just started riding my bike, drinking ALOT of water and started eating less.
Is there anything else I need to do. How long should I ride my bike. Everyday? 5 days a week?
