Will riding bikes help make my thighs smaller?

I usually dont eat when I ride bikes,
I wake up around 11 and leave around 12
and come back like at 6, if not 10.
and i usually eat like 2 things annnd thats it.
this has been going on for .. 3 weeks now?

so yeah, will i loose weight?
gain muscle? (im srsly hoping i dont)

im reeally trying to lose 20 pounds, and make my thighs smaller.
so will riding my beach cruiser make my thighs smaller?
i meant i get home from 6pm - to 10 pm

but i usually bike for like 4 hours ?
 
are you saying you bike for 6-10 hours, or do u go to school or work and then bike home at 6pm-10pm

u will loose weight, and the musle would just tone, unless you eat a whole lot of protien
 
do u mean you spend 6-10 hours riding or..? best thing is to eat a healthy diet. 5 fruit/veg minimal a day, cut back on the fatty foods but NOT DRASTICALLY try to go for a 30/50/20 ratio protein/carb/fat if u can motivate yourself with your diet.

a lot of bike riding will make you lose far and gain muscle but if your eating 2 pizzas 5 kebab's and chips in those 2 meals its nt guna do a lot ;)

try eating 3 healthy meals a day and a few healthy snacks. if u struggle to eat healthy squeeze in something sugary JUSt after your workout for best results
