I've got mild asthma and don't exercise as much as I should. I wondered if anyone knew if doing a lot of regular exercise (I'm guessing cardio vascular) will improve my lung function. My peak flow is ok and only varies by about 10% but it's usually 550 -600 but my predicted is 635.
Will regular exercise improve my lungs?
