Will parts from a Hyundai Excel Sprint fit a Mitsubishi Lancer?

Hi All,
My dad has a Hyundai Excel Sprint that will cost too much to get roadworthy and has offered me the wheels/tyre, air conditioner and stereo for my car.
Does anyone know if the air con and wheels/tyres can be used on my mitsubishi Lancer. I'm guessing the stereo is the easy part.
Any advice is appreciated.
