No, what will happen is Obama will make GM manufacture electric cars, then hit everyone with punishing carbon taxes so that the those who own electric cars won't be able to afford to charge and use them. Then he'll hit everyone with a user's tax on the cars to help dispose of the batteries when they go bad.
