Will Obama court-martial the Navy SEALS who freed the US hostage from the pirates?

Did Obama issue orders that the pirates should be allowed to kill/escape with the hostage? Did the SEALs disobey these orders? How disappointed is Obama by this outcome? What will the penalties be for the SEALs?
 
The captain was rescued safely with Obamas full involvement and approval of the plan.

Maybe Clinton will use them as waiters like she did with the Air Force officers when she was 1st piggy(sorry, just can't call her a lady)
