Will my school still block a website if it is opened in an HTML frame of...

...another website? I had this cool idea of whipping up a quick HTML website where Facebook and Youtube could be accessible at my school. They block both these sites. But, can the school still block these sites from opening inside frames of my website? I just wanted to have two frames within my website, with Facebook in one frame and Youtube in another frame. Yeah, I know, extremely simple. But, thats all I want it to do. But, I didn't know if the school could still block the websites from opening in frames, not in a window itself. If the school can still block this, is there any way to bypass this without using a web proxy? Like do something with the URL so that the school cannot block it? Thanks.
PS - I have already heard about adding a "s" after the "http" in the URL and this works for Facebook. I'm looking for something else...
