Will my PC be compatible with the Sims 3?

Hey people, I'm getting the Sims 3 as I'm a massive fan and I would like to know if my current PC (acer t180) http://www.amazon.co.uk/Acer-Aspire-T180-Sempron-Ethernet/dp/tech-data/B000PCT8QK would be compatible. That's my computer specs except I have Windows XP not Vista. What parts would I have to upgrade and where can I find the parts? The requirements for the Sims 3 are located here:
