Will my mp3s,word files and html files carry over and run on a windows 7 64bit system?

Why might it not work?

I want to back them up and put them on a new 64bit windows 7 system.

The short answer is yes.
There is absolutely no reason why MP3's, word files and HTML files will not work perfectly in a 64 bit environment, even if they used to be in a 32 bit one.

All the files that i backed up from my Vista 32 bit work perfectly on my Windows7 64 bit.
