I recently had the pleasure of having a bench warrant issued for my arrest a week ago for failing to appear in court. I plan on moving to NV near the end of May this year and am wondering whether or not this bench warrant, which is for an impaired driving charge, will prevent me from obtaining a driver's license in NV. I know the both the DMV and SOS both report to the NDR, but I've heard only felony warrants will follow from state to state? Can anybody validify or negate this information? Much appreciated. ~Kevin
